The face of pig cop Doug Howell can be seen at 0656 onwards. He was the one who murdered poor Cammie, the dog. It may have seemed like it was the fat cop, if you have not watched the video to the end, but it was not the fast cop. It was the cop who lassoed her instead.
You can see that at 02:40 the dog sat down in paw position in the middle of street. At 03:10, the dog laid down in street. At 04:21 pig Doug Howell lassoed the dog. At 05:27, he took out his gun and shot the dog. Dog laid down and was still wagging her tail at 05:48. Pig shot the dog a 2nd time at 06:07.
